Likewise. I heard that their new stuff is nothing on the early stuff (which I have, and ADORE)

The first song i heard by them was "The Silent Cry" which i loved

Rotten Sound - Cycles, Enslaved - Vertabrae, and a personal favorite, Woe - A Spell for the Death of Man, would all have to go on a list for me. I know my brother Shane, also from The Green Evening Requiem, would have to add the new Gojira to that list, which is also outstanding.

I can't believe I forgot Mourning Beloveth - "A Disease for the Ages". By far the best thing they've done and overall some of the best doom I've heard in a long while.

I think it's their worst, personally. Still one of the best of 2008, though. Amazing album.
