Even if it is "THE" Maiden song, it's still very much 'Iron Maiden'. I don't think it's going to change your opinion of the band or anything, you dirty homo. One Inch Man said:Could someone like, you know, like post an mp3 and stuff? I've never heard it but it seems to be THE Maiden song, so perhaps I should.
That would be the equivalent of him saying, "I didn't really care for Hallowed be thy Name or Powerslave, but that 22 Acacia Avenue rules!".lurch70 said:he might like this one ... just for the extended jam/riffing at the later 1/3 of the song. It has some hippie elements to it.
Hey now I've been listening to a lot of brutal death in the past month or so.JayKeeley said:One day, NADrian will like heavy metal again.
Nah, there's no block to break (and Seventh Son is the only proper Maiden album I own, I dig the title track and the rest is basically meh). Trad heavy metal is pretty much the same as thrash with me, if I didn't hear it when I was 14 chances are I won't be too into it. Doesn't mean I can't appreciate it though.Demonspell said:If anything can break the Maiden block, I'd place my bets on something from Seventh Son...or did those pass you by as well? As for hearing 22, just get a dirt cheap copy of NOTB from Egay or something...
