All the good that could have come out of the Spears-Federline marriage is now going to be utterly prevented. Their collective ineptitude could have resulted in the accidental deaths of their offspring but now their genes have been propagated. It shouldn't be Coheed and Cambria, it should be Sean P. and Jayden J.

I feel excellent that I actually only learned about this yesterday (the fact that Britney Spears was married and is getting a divorce now, not the unfortunate Kayo Dot news, which I read when this was posted last week). The people who told me were astounded at the apparently near-perfect impenetrability of my pop culture-shielding cocoon, but really, when has extreme apathy (even towards popstar news) ever been particularly impressive?
