discouraged1: well ill answer the question, yeah silence the singing and silence teaches you how to sing are different EPs. silence teaches... (limited to 2000) came first and silence the singing (limited to 3000) was released shortly after, and then Teachings in Silence (limited to 1000) was released, which is both EPs onto 1 cd. I have all 3 of them because im a huge ulver fanatic. the music on them is some of the best music ever made and i think that it is awesome as hell that they limited such great music to so little copies. it really shows something about Trickster G (who in my opinion is a complete musical genious, him and Robert Fripp are my music masters).

ugh...I'm not so sure if i could list just ten...but since i like a challenge...let's go!

Dream Theater - Scenes From A Memory
Blind Guardian - Imaginations From The Other Side
Blind Guardian - Nightfall in Middle-Earth
Dark Tranquillity - Haven
Dark Tranquillity - The Mind's I
Opeth - Morningrise

yeah i got the compalation album the day it came out. i absolutly love it. i would highly suggest it. The merzbrow track is insanity and chaos mixed together for an intense travel of the mind. One of my favorite tracks is Marten Horntveth-Der Alte. That song is wonderful.

Melancholia said:

cool to see you here from time to time :)

well...not everything is black and white, 5 or 15...so I did it gray...errr...10 I mean :p

and that way was easier for poor mental stability and not to start with another horrible civil braincell war in my brain for my top 5 fave albums...again! ;)

fv (king jeremey the wicked!)

May change from day to day... But the first one is the only one that remained on top ever since I first listened to it... It was back in '98 I think... I listen to a lot a different, or let's say "opposite" musical styles, but Dan Swanö's suff is so deeply anchored in my mind ... That's why I'm here, after all... :)
