GnR had a small handfull of great songs in 90 or 91 when ever it was. That was the end of it. Axl has a great voice if not for all the eiyi, yi, yi bullshit. Slash is a decent guitar player. Aside from that they get the assholes of the last century award for all the trouble caused at concerts... not to mention the recent drama queen bullshit. They deserve no respect, especially Axl. Axl and Tyson should start a All American Losers club

I think Nirvana should've been put to death before. As much as I like them they completely pushed Metal out of the mainstream (bands like Metallica and stuff). Now Grunge (being associated with Emo) is no longer mainstream. Thanks a lot Nirvana. Push away Metal from mainstream music and pretty much fall along with it. If Nirvana never existed, Metal would still be in the mainstream. Metal wouldnt've been associated with Emo so it wouldn't have been a turnoff to preppy kids. But whatever theres nothing I can do about it.
Well FOB is debateable. They have Pop-Punk elements like clean vocals and powerchord riffs but they lack the additude that Pop-Punk has. They don't even do Pop-Punk solos (which are usually 10 or more seconds long usually involving 2 or 3 riffs played over and over) they just do Grunge solos (using the lyrical melody). They have emotional lyrics but not enough for them to be considered Emo so they are unclassifiable.

1) Good vocals

3) At least one good looking band member
Very true, their new stuff sucks. To tell you the truth the only album of theirs I completely like (out of their old stuff) is Appetite For Destruction. The other 3 albums have 3 or 4 good songs and thats it. They were my favorite band 2 months ago, I dunno about my new one. I guess I gotta change my avatar.

Same, I hear people talk shit about Korn, Linkin Park, Slipknot, Sum 41... but I don't see whats wrong with any of them. People usually just hate their fans. Whenever I hear someone talk shit about Slipknot I usually hear "those Emo fags think they're Death Metal." And when shit is talked about Korn and Linkin Park its usually "their Emo fans think they're so Hardcore" and with Sum 41 its "they think they're so Punk". I never hear anything said about their music, just their fans.

Its alright, who hasn't hated a band for their fans? I used to hate Hawthorne Heights because of their fans, but even still I have never listened to any of their music.
My list is
1) From a city that has at least one bad part in it. (seriously a lot of Rappers act like they're all ghetto when they're from New York or Houston, Baltimore is the murder capital of the U.S. and each time I've been there (which is a lot) I never saw any bit of crime, I bet half these rappers never saw or participated in any either)
2) Wears a bunch of diamonds and grillz and shit
3) Can make a slightly good beat with $10,000 gear
4) Can convince complete idiots that they are cool
5) Is black or has a street accent (minus Jamaican rappers)
