I would, but thats because theres no gigs anywhere around here for under $10. Granted, Isis was $13, but so was a handful of local bands the night before.

$13 is insanity... who in their right mind pays more than $5 for a gig like that

It's a fuckin party... and the bands are getting paid. People will pay $10 at the door if they print out the flyer. All of the money goes to the organizer and the bands...

And yes, I would pay more than $5 to go to a gig like this. I'd pay $10 without complaining.

you know sometimes when you charge too little makes the gig seem worthless ... as in worthless bands.

yeah i can't remember the last time i paid $5 for a gig....probably a punk show. definitely a punk show. i dunno if i've ever paid less than $10 or so for a metal show...

$13 was the cheapest I've paid. I saw one for $10, but it was in the crappiest venue in the scariest shittiest part of town that was impossible to get to.
