Hey guys,

I think I finally got a usable tone using the Nordstrom technique. Please give your opinions!! The volume was only on one as well, I'd imagine it would be much better if I crank her...I just couldn't at the time.

So what do you think? Useable?? also, sorry for the silence for 5:00 lol...I forgot to cut the tracks down. Thanks for any advice/opinions. Don't mind the playing, it's just wanking to test the tone.

For one track i find it hard to judge... i would rather hear a left and right guitar track since that is what you'll probably use in a final mix/song...

But yeah, it does sound good Joe! nice low end thump, it sounds pretty crunchy, but i think the palm mutes sound really good.

Thanks guys! lol, I guess lo-fi is the way to go haha. Yeah, I do want to get it into a mix and quad track it. I think that would work wonders for it. I'll post it as soon as that happens. I do think the low end is a bit boomy, I'll probably turn back the resonance on the amp a bit. Thanks again fellas.

Anyone got some good drum jam tracks...? :p
