In the top of the page, click on "Inscription". A new page is opened with several areas to fill.

The first on "merci de choisir un pseudo" is your nickname on the forums

The 2nd and 3rd are your password ("mot de passe")

The 4th and 5th are your email ("merci de saisir votre adresse email")

Click on the "J'accepte" box (then you admit you have read term and conditions of the board) and then the "Soumettre l'inscription" button (submit the inscription).
