I am bored, so I shall do this right now.

Favourite Maiden song (plus the rest of your top five)
Hah, glad you didn't expect us all to pick just one. This changes often, but at the moment, off the top of my head, I will say:
Aces High
Paschendale
2am
Only The Good Die Young
maybe Children Of The Damned. That will be a top 5 for now, that would probably be totally different tomorrow. :)

Least favourite Maiden song (plus the rest of your bottom five)
The Apparation would be up there, it is pretty silly.
Quest For Fire is lame.
The Mercenary is a F grade version of The Trooper, with far too much repetition.
Can I Play With Madness shits me to no end, but probably isn't as bad as the others.
Stumped for another one, so I will pick Sun And Steel, but there is probably something worse. I still don't like it much though.

Favourite Maiden album
Tough one...Number Of The Beast is the most classic and probably most consistent, but I probably wouldn't pick it as THE fav, but then, I can't really pick any other, so NOTB will do. SIT is probably next, then TXF, and PS rates well, I quite like DoD, and AMOLAD is climbing the ranks.

Least favourite Maiden album
Probably Killers, followed by Virtual XI, but I still like both.

Favourite individual Maiden moment (NOT an entire song or album - I mean one single bit of a song, a solo or intro or phrasing of lyrics or whatever)
I will be lame and list a few instead of one.

The intro to Ghost Of The Navigator is one of the best intros they have done. The atmostphere is brilliant.
I love when the music kicks back in after the interlude in The Rime. Brilliant. The riffing and leads are so slick with heaps of atmosphere.
The whole bands performance in Aces High is still phenomenal 20 years later. Bruce is amazing, the guitars are wild, and the tempo fast!
The Ides Of March is a brilliant opener, I nearly came when the backing tape came on when I saw them live last year.
The passion in The Evil That Men Do is awesome as well. Love it.
An unexpected one is the intro to Lightning Strikes Twice. When the heavy riff crashes in over Blaze's voice "is it the roaring of thunder that scares you!?"...love it!

Favourite opening track from a Maiden album
Here is a top 5, but this one is in order.

Aces High
The Ides Of March
Caught Somewhere In Time
Sign Of The Cross
Moonchild

Prowler would be next too, it rocks.

Favourite closing track from a Maiden album
This one is VERY hard because Maiden close albums so well. I think I will pick Only The Good Die Young because it rounds out a concept album and I love the song, but fuck, so many classic. I lover Mother Russia and Como Estais Amigos, The Legacy is awesome, and all the classics, Hallowed, The Rime, Fear Of The Dark, Drifter, To Tame A Land....Maiden know how to close an album alright.

I won't mention anything from AMOLAD yet, even though I've listened to it 20 or 30 times it still hasn't sunk in yet compared to albums I've been listening to for 20 years. Give me a few more weeks.

22 Acacia Avenue - "You're running away, don't you know what you're doing?" That verse plus awesome outro.

Favourite opening track from a Maiden album
Prowler

Favourite closing track from a Maiden album
The Thin Line Between Love and Hate. Is this the most underrated Maiden song ever? I think it might be.

Sooo hard.

Favourite Maiden song (plus the rest of your top five)

Stranger in a Strange Land
To Tame a Land
Rime of the Ancient Mariner
Murders in the Rue Morgue
Sea of Madness

Fuck...that list could go on and like someone else mention probably changes every day. DAMN YOU AND YOUR QUESTIONS SPIFFO! I REFUSE TO COMPLETE THE REST OF THIS!

Least favourite Maiden song (plus the rest of your bottom five)

OK fuck it I'll keep going...

Man on the Edge (Though i LOVE X Factor)
This is hard because I haven't even heard all of Virtual XI so that could contain 4 others...the only one that I can think of that sticks out is Man on the Edge. So nerr.

Favourite Maiden album

Somewhere in Time :headbang:

Least favourite Maiden album

I'll say Virtual XI because I haven't even heard all of it, so it must be shit.

Favourite guitar solo (plus the rest of your top five)

Another REALLY hard one. Pretty much everything on Somewhere in Time is awesome...as is pretty much everything by Adrian. But stand outs...
Stranger in a Strange Land
The Trooper...always a classic, esp when Dave comes in!
Wow...I'm out...only those 2 stand out right now. Throw in the rest of Somewhere in Time to make up numbers :)

Favourite individual Maiden moment (NOT an entire song or album - I mean one single bit of a song, a solo or intro or phrasing of lyrics or whatever)

Hmmm...what gets me going...I'll list a couple.
In Sea of Madness after it slows down, the build up back into the main riff is awesome...as is that slowish part as a whole...so atmospheric, gives me awesome visuals in my head that probably don't relate to the song what so ever haha
In Infinate Dreams on the Maiden England video I love when Bruce rocks out at "Someone's chasing...I cannot moooove!" That part's great. And Adrian's tassle on his denim jacket is just brilliant.
The Evil that Men do is pretty much full of awesome bits. The opening lines rule "Love is a razor and I walk the line on that silver blade...Slept in the dust with his daughter eyes red with the slaughter of innocence..." SO awesome.

Favourite opening track from a Maiden album

Hmmm...I think I'll go with Caught Somewhere in Time on this one. Sign of the Cross is pretty awesome too.

Favourite closing track from a Maiden album

Alexander the Great...To Tame a Land...Rime of the Ancient Mariner...tons of great closers.

Aces High from Live After Death. It's what got me into Maiden, and what got me into metal. That 'moment' is pure magic, no matter how many times I hear it. I only wish the video version was as memorable.

Favourite opening track from a Maiden album

Aces High no doubt.
But Prowler, Where Eagles Dare, Moonchild all rock mightily too.

Favourite closing track from a Maiden album
Only The Good Die Young, or Como Estais Amigos.
I'm not, and never will be, a fan of the typical Maiden-epic album ender.

I actually quite like Quest For Fire, as far as the music goes, only the lyrics let it down IMO.
