maybe i have one
i always place a graphic eq at the beginning of the chain, 63@-12 and 126@-6.
this helps to get rid of mud and it also makes the bottom strings sound much tighter IMHO. the missing bass needs to be raised in the amp section of course

Instead of a graphic EQ, use the Filter, highpass mode at 200Hz (or whatever makes it tight). Works perfect.
