A Song for you to mix!

Here's my go at it;

Tell me what you think!

(threw some effect on the lead guitar part at the end, didn't know if you wanted a effect there or not, didn't listen to your demo all the way through)

Is my mix actually really good, or are my ears lying to me? lmfao

(just noticed that the automation on the Rhythm guitars during the chorus brings them down almost TOO low, epically in the end.)

Awesome dude! I hope you had fun with this. =)

And for all you mixing, you're enjoying the lovely playing of Jordan Whelan, formerly of the band "Still Remains"

Sounds fucking great man. I'll find the solo very soon. I like your fade into the first chorus a lot. What'd you do there?

I just dropped the volume of the lead track and faded it in. I left the Lead FX send up though so it started off more ambient then it ended up. And thanks for your reply :). I haven't mixed much on this forum as i'm away most of the time.

And that's awesome that Jordan Whelan is playing on the track. It sounds fucking great. It's awesome to hear some good riffs and songwriting coming together. My A&R guy at Roadrunner always used to talk about the guys from Still Remains saying how awesome they were.
