A Song for you to mix!

My attempt)
http://disk.tom.ru/kgas1zz
I've decided to make some glassy ear-bleeding sound, something like mix by Javi Perera, but sharper.
Haven't touched drums yet, only made small changes to the bridge part; and still need to fix bass sound. May be some later)

Btw, NSGUITAR, guitar tracks are incredible! One of the best DIs i've ever seen. I wish i had enough patience to reach such a skill 8(

If anyone has remapped drums for this song to Addictive Drums by any chance it would be awesome if the midi was shared, man I suck at drum remapping.

Yeah, that's my post number two!
Really, more than two years of reading this awesome forum.
Just realized that maybe it's time to write something?

Anyways, thanks for commenting...

I need to know what bass and with what you recorded it with?
Is this addressed to me? Because I heard few opinions about my mix, and they were everything from 'awesome' to 'total crap'.
I know nothing about which bass guitar was used and how it was recorded, with or without DiBox etc.

No I'm sorry i wasn't to clear bout who i directed my question to.
I belive NSGUITAR is the proper guy to ask cuz its he's band, and if i got it right he recorded the stuff:cool:

OK :)

Now me too curious about instruments used.
NSGUITAR, it seems that guitars were equipped with active pickups (never used them though). Please drop us few lines about gear used.

Quick mix
amplitube 3 + impulses + a bit touch of miked MG10CD for some real ambience and fizzzzzzzzzzz

Edited link with own impulses + more ambience from MG10CD. A bit subbass overpowered and overcompressed. Quick mix anyway.
I can't share my shitty impulses.

Guitars:

-Carvin Dc747 with bareknuckle pickups (me)

-ESP eclips II, custom build (Jordan Whelan)

Bass was a gibson ripper

All straight through a profire 2626 direct in. Reamped then!
