ACCEPT!

BTW, I'm not one to make fun of non-native speakers with funny accents, but I did get a chuckle from the drummer's hardcore Schwarzenegger accent

I have to admit I don't really have any clue as to who Accept is, a bit before my time I suppose...But as far as that vid goes, the album sounds like it will be killer, and THAT GUITAR TONE! Man, killer killer KILLER bite to it.

Has it been posted what was used? I can make assumptions, but there was a bite to the tone (maybe it was just the vid) that sounded just awesome. Maybe it was because it was tuned to standard? haha...

Not a huge Accept fan (mainly for that kind of singing i don't like much), but the tone is killer in that video, especially the guitar tone (and i'm not a huge fan of Andy's guitar tones in general, especially on its past year's productions i've heard).

Andy in that video are we hearing preproduction tracks ? Or rough mixes maybe ?

What did you use for guitars ?

And Andy, please do me a favour, tell Wolf to put another record like "Classical" out! :) How often will you find yourself banging your head to Grieg's "In The Hall Of The Mountain King"!?

Wolf is awesome. FACT.

This must truly be a dream job for you Andy - I could sit an listen to Wolf play guitar all day and then some.

I was just listening to his solo disc "Classical" the other night and if any of you have not heard it you need to if you love great guitar work. Knowing that he has never had any classical training, but can combine so many styles into these classically based songs is a testament to this man's skill.

:kickass:

If that video didn't convince people that Andy's the right guy for that job and that they have all the rights in the world to call this Accept, then I don't know what will.

I fucking love the balls to the walls riff, but I never really got into Accept.
The only thing I know, is that Wolf was moderating some metal show at the small
local radio station and that he played a song from my old band once.
Not sure if he liked it, they just played songs from the bands that played that weekend at a local club.

Awesome Andy ! This sounds rellay promising. Wolfs guitartone/sound has always been pure magic to me and the reason why I started to play the guitar. The idea of gathering the guys and listen through a couple of albums pinpointing stuff was really smart move i think. I would have killed for getting such a opportunity.

Looking forward to the release.

Thanks for the update Andy. This is great news indeed.

Has a release date been set yet for this new disc?
