Yup, good band, maybe a little too neo-classical at times(I only have Sanctus Ignis), but they mostly rip. Stephan Forte is one helluva guitarist, and David Readman is just a brilliant singer.

Forte is unbelieveable. I enjoyed "Sanctus Ignis" but i need to be in a very specific mood to enjoy it. However, their new album, "Underworld," is a HUGE improvement and refinement of their sounds. I highly recommend it.

I took me a while to get into Sanctus but now I totally dig it. It's got that touch of French flair about it and it's posssibly more classical than SX.
Not as bombastic as SX and more arty so I guess it's quite an aquired taste.

The similarity is more like very early Helloween and very early Blind Guardan. Similar, but still not slones.

I've been meaning to pick it up, however I'd hate it if I'm buying a Sanctus Ignus II... not saying SI is bad, in fact it is amazing and one of the best debut albums I've heard. However I dont want to buy something with regurgitated riffs and same stuff over and over again...

Underworld sounds a lot different from Sanctus Ignis. Underworld is much better. Get it now
