I get my doses:
a) delivered via sail mail, or
b) buy at Trader Joe's. Not very big selection there though the quality is outstanding! If you pay them a visit also try the italian wafers (anything from Loacker)

Music for me too. When I'm in my room I more or less always have a record playing! I buy records all the time, so I always have records that I haven't heard and needs to be heard, so it's also a kind of a necessarity that I'm addicted to music (which of course also explains why I have so many records).
I also think I'm starting an addiction for the internet.
