Advice from adagio fans

Sorry for asking this in here but ive gotten alot of good feedback from this forum before

I have had Underworld and love it I like how it has alot of great sounding symphonic stuff in it

my question is how do there other cd's compare to it?

i hav dominate and i love it. a bit less symph stuff however. the production is better than underworld

Ye I guess Dominate is heavier, but has a more clean & crisp production (doesn't necessarily mean better). In my opinion it's not nearly as good as Underworld.

adagio = played slowly
Adagio = prog-metal

If I heard an Adagio song that was any faster than 60-80 bpm, I would be annoyed. Unless they are meant to be ironic. Or, since they are prog: "post-ironic".

I own Sanctus Ignis and Underworld. If you like Underworld, you'll most-likely enjoy Sanctus. It's close to the same style, and great, just not AS great as Underworld. Dominate introduced a change in sound, I believe. If you really like the symphonic parts of Underworld, get Sanctus next... you won't be disappointed.

Just kidding. Or am I? By the way, pretty much ALL of Adagio's songs are faster than 80 bpm.

Anyway, to answer the original question, all of Adagio's albums are worth owning. Santus Ignis sounds more like Underworld than Dominate, though.

Prog = snobbery

Snobs get irony. Maybe they have a sense of humor or just speak very bad Italian.

The funniest outcome would be if they literally don't understand what the term means. A prog band who can't read music! They'll never play this town again!
