Holy fuck. That thing slays. I NEVER had time in 3 years to test some of the gear we have at the place I work on. My boss was always hurrying me up to finish projects, clients were always here, but not now. Doing some mixing and a clients asked (by email, guess what) to make everything more saturated. OK. Got two spare days, read the manual, tried in on the drum buss for a brazilian music song and it was cool. Closed the project, tried it on a british rock thing, using the 'SSL' emulation setting and the warmth thing and BAM, from small and whimpy to huge and punchy. Shit, this will be my go to thing for everything now. Gotta try the DBX160 emu setting later on kick and bass.

Btw, the 1176 setting on it is..so so. It works better than Waves' but it rounds things too much, IMO.

If I have time, I will post a comparison later.
