It was pretty intense. The senior who led the Special Training ran it like a samurai general! He really knew how to inspire people to push themselves beyond what they thought their limits were. I learned a lot from him.

I have to say I'm feeling a bit like a space cadet still! My instructor says it'll be that way for a while - so if I get a blank look in my face in the middle of the show this weekend, you guys'll know why!
