Fuck yeah Frightmare. I used blast that shit when I was first getting into extreme metal. Still fun stuff actually too.

I can't tell you the last time I felt the need to blast Vol. 4, but fuck, I forgot that this album kicks major ass. I'm usually too busy with the other first 5 albums to care.

Easily my favorite Napalm Death album from their progressive/experimental era of the 90's. Absolutely love the industrial vibe that can be heard on the album. Also there are a plenty of catchy riffs that sound pretty fresh even these days. I really don't understand why many people avoid this amazing record.

Hatchet - Dawn of the End

Every single song except from track 5 kicks my ass. Perfectly made modern thrash with genius melodies in it. :kickass:

I love this album. I've seen them twice live since it came out, I have a poster signed by all of the band members, I have the t-shirt, and all of the band members signed my CD cover art.

But..After listening to it too many times, I can't help but feel after the first two songs a lot of the riffs have a 'sameness' about them. It's an awesome sameness, but I think it needs a bit more variety nonetheless. This album was a huge improvement over their last effort though, so here's hoping they will improve even more on the next album.

I kinda disagree but still get your point. Sinister Thoughts and Vanishing Point are also not the same (great that the drummer can show off a little bit in Vanishing Point), I've listening to the album pretty much since it came out and I'm not tired of it yet.

Also nice to hear about the stuff, I need to see them live too!

Took a great look on my collection today and found this one, and it wipes my ass once again! Love the feeling of playing an album that you haven't heard for a long time so it can kick your ass like you've never heard it before!
