I have been binging on Immolation this week. This album stands out from the rest. There are some great riffs on this one.

That's probably their worst one. It has too many nu-metalish moments.

The Pnakotic Demos, I still think they've never topped this with any of their albums. The Hidden Folk is probably their best song ever.
