This is still one of my favorite black metal albums; epic and intelligent, melodic and evil. It's a masterpiece.

I thought Crack the Skye was going to kick my ass... It's good I suppose.. I didnt find anything wrong with it... but... it's just not my cup of tea I guess. The way the vocals have kinda changed since Blood Mountain bugs me a bit.

These guys never disappoint, however.
