Yeah, I thought the intro was a bit long but the actual songs are too good to dismiss. This will make my top 10 for this year easily.

The intro track sounded too Summoning, but the second song is the most vintage early-Slough Feg thing I've heard, danke, will listen to the rest later.

So, it's early Slough Feg with Summoning synths?

I listened to the rest of the album and it was mostly disappointing. The second track was by far the strongest. Riffing quality went sharply downhill into a vague Viking/black/trad murk.

Not really synths, just a cheesy epic-folky instrumental song as an opener. I don't care about Summoning's synths, I care about their total lack of songwriting ability.
