It's harder when you try and deal with timezones. Here is bad enough with up to 3 hours between east and west. But fucking hell, dealing with the US east and west is fucking annoying. I've got a client in Canada who I've given up contacting. I just tell him to ring me whenever the fuck he's awake and I'll deal with the time difference.
