I think that fans would've loved it if it had been recorded with the same quality as Soulside Journey and released shortly thereafter. I haven't listened to that album in a while, but Goatlord a missing link between that and what they later became known for, and for that, it deserves more appreciation. Then again, it's demo quality. Good demo quality, but still.

Anyways, Hellish War. Some lesser-known Brazillian dudes who write some masterful raw power metal. It's very much 80s EUPM worship, but it really does a good job of sounding unpolished and legitimately aggressive as well.
