First album by them I ever heard and still my favourite.

I bought that just after it was released without even hearing it. Was one of those days i just wanted to buy some new music and the shop didn't have anything else I wanted.

I had a similar experience in the 00's, I blind purchased the used CD from a local store called Replay Records. Definitely a mind-expanding experience cos I hadn't heard much prog/tech thrash yet, certainly not a full album of the style.

I can't remember the name of the shop I got mine from but is it was a little hole in the wall shop in Dandenong. The shop only sold metal and must have had 5000 CD, Tapes and LP's stacked into the small space. Was a great little shop. I bought so much great shit in that place, I even bought Mortal Sin - Every Dog Has It's Day which was the imported Under One Flag version of Rebelious Youth for $19.99 which was $10 cheaper than the Aussie version was.

Was it Radical Records? Because I've ordered online from them before and that's in Dandenong.

It might have been, but not in their current location. The time line seems right but I know the little shitty arcade where the shop we went to was torn down and renovated, so everyone had to move. But that was more than 20 years ago. Apart from JB there was 3 other shops in Dandenong we used to haunt for metal, but the one I got Anacrusis was all metal, the others were just good for selected stuff.
I give RR credit for lasting 38 years in Dandenong. It was a shithole when we used to do gigs up the road in the 80's and 90's, I cant imagine it's improved.
