My latest listening thing is Limbonic Art's Phantasmagoria album. It might be just okay but whatever.

I need new metal. Really, it's been a long fucking time since something really wowed me.

Dimmu Borgir - Abrahadabra. the arrangements and the use of orchestra and choirs are well done. there's a lot of chugging but there are also some catchy riffs here and there. quite enjoyable overall.

Bleeding Through self titled. metalcore that is fairly aggressive, with the occasional keyboards. it's alright.. just something to fill the time.
