Niklas Sundin's work on both of these is incredible. Some of his absolute best work was still on the horizon when these albums came out but these two were a fantastic start for him.

I like Skydancer quite a lot, and The Gallery was my first metal album, but I've not listened to it in years.

Obliteration - Black Death Horizon

I fucking love this album. Definitely one of my favourite newer death metal releases. Disgusting and drenched in filth. The opening track is immense and makes my skin crawl. Sick vocals, too.

Love them both but The Gallery is probably better for me aswell. Mine is the grandeur of melancholy burning is my fav track. Just so majestic sounding.
