Another one some people might like. Not heavy at all, but I'm obsessed with them at the moment. Randomly picked this cd up at the record shop, listened and fell in love. Much like Opeth's Damnation. Sad, mostly acoustic and effing brilliant.

Artist: Midlake
Album: The Courage of Others
Year: 2009
Genre: Folk I guess?
Recommended If You Like: Opeth's soft stuff (damnation) Jim Croce. Anything sad played with acoustic guitars.
Sample Song: Acts of Man

I wonder why i havent seen anything about the ocean in this forum. Heliocentric is perfect example of an album, that is more than the sum of all songs. They released also another album in year 2010: anthropocentric, it is also an excelent album.

If you have change to see them live, please go. Their live sounds are even better than on the record.
