The Philly show was fucking awesome. Both Velnias and AoP were great, had a decent chat with the frontman of AoP after the show, chill dudes.

Once I can be arsed to actually open it (sealed with wax), I will. I've been too damn busy (and/or lazy) to do so since.

It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. In their defense, all I've heard from them is Sol, not the full-length, so I wasn't familiar with the material they played.

Anyway, they apparently released a new full length back in September... time to acquire!

I have the Fell Voices s/t. I've Only listened to it a couple times to be honest, but from my recollection is was pretty good. I'll have to give it a proper re-visit.

Listened to Velnias - RuneEater last night. Bit of a departure from Sovereign Nocturnal but still quite enjoyable. Really felt like the album became much stronger about midway onward.
