Amp to impulse

Ok im not asking how to.

I have a blackstar ht5 and i have it connected to my interface via the effects send. The thing is it stll has the ca connected, but if i have the volume on the head off it works in my daw as if it was connected with a dummy load.

So i just wont to make sure its safe to use this way. Remember the speakers are still connected and i just have the volume on the head off.

Not a problem at all. So long as you have it connected up to a load, you'll be safe just in case.
