I just downloaded the Amplitube 2 demo and I must say I'm impressed so far. I like the 'feel' of the amps, especially the modern high gain. Here's a stupid ass riff I just quickly reamped with different settings. Just testing the tone here so nothing creative. Then I EQed in Cubase with Curve EQ after the fact with some different settings. I cross faded the different EQs.

Here's a link to the patches and EQ. I used a combination of 4 or five EQs and mixed them together. Only two guitar performances, but I copied each performance twice and EQed them differently. Effects chain is as follows...
1. Amplitube 2
2. Voxengo Curve EQ
3. Voxengo Marquis compressor.
I used my PODxt to get the clean guitar into my PC.
Oh also, I had to FREEZE each guitar track in Cubase after I applied Amplitube, EQ and Comp to relieve the CPU strain. Amplitube 2 is a major resource hog.
