and why is it that it's expected for women to enjoy, or at least engage in anal sex and you see pornographic videos of women pretty much achieving orgasm through anal sex when all they have to stimulate is nerve endings, yet men (or at least some) have actual glands in that area that can be sexual in purpose, but the idea of a heterosexual man engaging in any kind of anal stimulation is so taboo and damaging to his heterosexuality?

So you're suggesting homophobia is really about jealousy? Actually, there's a whole lot of historical behaviors that could be used to support that point.
