Vio-lence, testament, Flotsam, Exodus, death anel are back and thrash our ass !

Does anyone know if Forbidden this really Thrash Diamonds prepare something ?

Both Forbidden Evil and Twisted into form, 2 of the best thrash albums ever made.

it would be amazing if Forbidden where reunitied, but as the person above said its not very probable.

But hey Paul Bostaph is in Testament now so.....maybe he'll get this message, and think about doing it.

Anything after Twisted Into Form is not worth it. I have them and they changed musical direction and it's pretty bad. They put like one good thrash song on those albums, but they don't make up for the rest of the songs.

Twisted Into Form is one of the greatest thrash albums ever made. Too bad they couldn't follow it up. I listen to a thrash minidisc I made and TIF leads into The Gathering. Awesome.

Yeah... I have all the studio albums, Raw Evil and this rare thing called Trapped which is like the March into Fire demo etc etc. I don't think Distortion and Green are bad: they're just not thrashy at all. My mate says he thinks those albums remind him of Fear Factory which I think is a fairly accurate description.

I don't rate Twisted into Form nearly as highly as the first album... there's just nothing about it that elevates it from being a run of the mill thrash album to being a thrash classic like Forbidden Evil was.

I remember reading an interview with Tim Calvert from when they were touring Green (it might have been Distortion) and he said they had 58 shows to do in 56 days.

Forbidden had a pretty tough time like.

I agree, I don't have distortion but i've got Green. And although its not all that good, its not bad. (if that makes sense.) I think its the fact it was released by the same band that released Twisted into form and Forbidden evil, which are both outstanding, and you can't help but compare.

Distortion and Green reminds me Nevermore, and Forbidden without Glen is like a Coker with out ice!!! by the way Loccicero left the metal days and now he plays grunge or something like that in a Krishna band

I have all Forbidden cds an d i like them all.

Distortion have great songs. I specially like headbanging on the groove developped on song 2 " Hypnotized by the rhythm"

Green was different but very creative and sound like Pre- Nevermore.

Well...

From what I've read in previous interviews Glen and Russ decided to quit in 1989 and the guys found out and so confronted Glen. Glen looked to see if Russ would quit but he said nothing so Glen was told to 'look for other options' and Tim was brought in.

I know Glen says he only speaks to the guys when he sees them at shows etc and doesn't make an effort to keep in touch.
