Since most music scribes these days are trying to sum up the greatest records of the last decade there's no reason for us not doing the same. Though choices though, I have thus far actually only manage to think up 8 records that fit that list... i have to think further on the remaining two. But here goes:

No. Last decade consisted of years 200x, this decade consist of years 201x, next decade consist of years 202x. So decade is over and the new one started.
