judging from the pictures and descriptions of the Detuned series on the joeysturgis.com, I'd say:

Neumann km184's spaced stereo pair (for overheads)
RODE K2 Tube (for mono room)

+ possibly Oktava and Audio Technica mics, like he has used for all the other drum samples.
