Any lightweight metal axe you know of?

+1 to the parker fly... I played one on tuesday for the first time and in all seriousness, it couldn't have weighed anymore than 5lbs.

Besides that, the Yamaha RGX was very light as well.

Im in the parker fly camp too, I hit myself in the face with one the first time I picked it up thinking it was gonna be heavier than it was. Ibby's are my shit though but the parker is just an insanely comfortable guitar.

The Ibane S-Series is pretty light, too, not digging them that much personally, but they're
pretty light, thin and small.

I got my S-470 used about 8 years ago and it's held up just great!! Very thin and lightweight....but if you stand around at practice for a few hours with it over your shoulder, you WILL feel it.

yeah, but after a few hours practice, you will feel almost every guitar as long as it doesn't weight nothing.. ;)
I wasn't sure about the budget, that's the reason why I didn't mention Parker, tried a few of them, loved them
but the price is just out of my range for the ones I liked.
Not sure about Blackmachines, but they're pretty thin afaik so I think they could be light, too.
