You see, my friend, time naturally decays. You can see it all around you. The life you crave and cannot live without is dying before your eyes. Hell, you probably believe the American way of life is piss and shit all over, though some parts are nice. What happens when they begin to rot too? What happens when there's no more nice things to recycle in our cramped little lives?
Perhaps we are still yet young in days, it is uncertain to me. Point being, people like the masons revolve around the sun like our planet does. It gives them something to hope for. Oh, Agni will bring me good fortune again, or Jesus might too. Looking at the void that is our end is devastating to your senses.
The waters are vast. Infinite, as one might recall. Conquer the darkness, and the light can shine again. That is why people like the masons do not see the light in the darkness. They are blinded by the light.
