Not knowing anything about festival promotion but are there any ideas for getting more locals to show up? Does handing out flyers at other shows ever work?
Also, any thoughts towards ticket prices? Obviously you guys should be applauded for keeping tickets prices so low but does it make sense to increase the price? I can't imagine people being offended by a price increase if it helps support the fest.

Good luck John, and I'll second what JayKeeley said.
If the fanbase doesn't increase greatly (and of course we hope it does), I don't think a price increase would be met with much resistance at all given the loyalty of those that plan on continuing to attend.

So after the PPUSA disapointment, when are you announcing that Manegarm is confirmed and playing for 3 hrs long so I can go to Heathen Crusade?

They were confirmed quite some time ago, prior to HC2 amazingly enough.
