anyone else's Dropbox being weird?

For the past week or so, Dropbox wont play files. The "Play" button is white until I run my mouse over it, then it greys out. =<

This only happens with .WAV files. MP3s work just fine.

Not exactly the same problem, but my Dropbox has been being annoying for a while now. The files won't play unless I drag the buffer thing beyond 00:00. It's particularly bad on my iPhone, especially with WAV files. It starts to play but still reads 00:00, and then it chokes itself to death because it's playing faster than it can stream.

Ok, so I think I've narrowed this down.

It only seems to NOT work when I click a Dropbox link that I've posted/sent someone else. Now, I know, I have a DB folder on my computer and can easily go in there and play the file I wanted to hear. But it seems that other people can play the file fine, while it just will not play for me when I click my own link.
