Anyone know any good crossover bands?

I really like that kinda stuff whether it be something fairly straightforward like a metal/ hardcore mix, which I have kinda found in shadows fall.

However it would be cool to find someting a bit more modern and experimental (and possible less cheesy). I found a band called Hybrid Uk who had some kinda drum+bass stuff in there mix,pretty cool.Suggestions anyone?

There´s a band from the UK called 4WAYKILL that is pretty cool. I forgot the URL to their website though... use google and do a search.

I wouldn't consider Converge crossover, but they seem to combine elements of many types of extreme music. Whatever people want to call them, they are awesom.

Godflesh has done some stuff with drum-n-bass. They are also great. Their newest album is pretty straigt forward, though. It is still great, though.

Red Harvest combines black metal with industrial. They are very harsh.

I reviewed Carnival Of Coal for this site... best way to describe it is Morbid Angel overdosing on Mr. Bungle - they're very, very strange but quite talented... worth checking out!

These days pople call crossover metalcore for some reason. Anyway, Poison the Well are great, but too melodic/emo for some people. Get things off Opposite of December, rather than te new album, which is not as good.
