Anyone like a band who you shouldn't like?...

It's nice to know that I'm not the only obsessive compulsive out there that alphabetizes their music.
I own over 1,200 CD's, and every one of them is alphabetized. If they weren't, I'd never find anything! :)

That's funny, I was just listening to Long Cold Winter on my way home from work before reading this thread. I hadn't heard it in years, but it really holds up well.

I guess it sounds strange to say, "Is there a band you shouldn't like?" I think as long as people show talent and originality in what they do you should like them or at least respect them...

I stand by it. No matter how open-minded you are, there are always a few bands in your collection which make you squirm if there are other people there.

It's not unusual is a really cool song as well as his version of Kiss by prince. "Think I better Dance Now!"

Slightly off-topic; You know what bugs me? People who have no awareness of what's musically appropriate. I don't know what it's like where you live, but in the UK people frequently drive down the street playing banging techno from their car stereos...IN THE MORNING! Clearly it's the only music they know, but can't they see that they should just fuck off and keep it in the clubs where we can chose not to have to listen to it?!

In the states it's those bastards that listen to the bass so loud that their whole car is rattling (usually its a shitbox car that is worth less than the stereo in it). I had a guy pass me going 85 mph and i had my windows up and could still hear his stupid shit.

Guilty pleasure: Elton John and Sting.

Hey Greg, just had to say that your signature is the best I've ever seen... "But the last time I checked, we haven't got that many songs that feature the cowbell" that's gold...
