I'm considering picking up Pig Destroy's Prowler in the Yard from them, and I figure they'd at least have it in stock since, hey, it's on their label! But I'd like to know how fast their service usually is and such.

I would get in contact with them prior to your order to make sure cd is in stock.

They're fast, but I live in PA, and that's where they're located, and I get stuff within a day after they send it(which takes a day). So you should get your order within 2 to 3 days depending on where you live.

Relapse has been extremely fast and reliable for me, but I've only ordered from the a couple times.

They are reliable , but often out of stock and you seem to be able to order their CD's cheaper through other distro's , like the above mentioned Willowtip(who are great).
