Well that definitely sucks, though with all the vocalist shuffling and lack of inspiration in their recent output it doesn't come as a total shock to me.

Hey, at least they knew the time was right. I can't see them doing anything amazing after Sideshow (which wasn't even too great). Gotta respect a band that knows when to put an end to it all.

R.I.P. if it's true, i really liked "Sideshow.." though of course it wasn't near the previous albums. I'm happy that i had the chance to see them live, it was a great experience.

Makes sense /\, that's a far less avant-garde proggy release than their later works. It's an extremely solid blackened metal release in it's own right.

Sideshow Symphonies was an enormous letdown, but I'm still disappointed to see Arcturus call it a day, especially since it means Simen is stuck wasting his talent in Dimmu again and I'm sure his obligations with them played some role in Arcturus splitting...
