sorry to cut in... but, in the sense that their label is cutting funds for Enemies of Reality, they are in that way... but if they had enough money... as, say, Ozzy, i'm sure they'd pay as much as it would take

I don't belive that they start with a budget and work around it studio time wise. They sound too polished to be rushing production.
Most bands work on an advance, so in a sense every band is a budget band.
Down was done in 2 days not because they are quick, but are very underfunded.
