Listening to it again. The album certainly takes a bit of time to grow on you because of the "epic" nature of many of the tracks.

Am thinking of grabbing two copies -the book edition & the standard one (so will fit with the rest of my collection).

what does the book edition come with?
Because if nothing special might just wait for restock of the standard one.

The book version just has a really nice book. I haven't seen the standard one so can't compare, but I don't think I'd be missing anything if I just had the standard version.

Hardcover book in slip case, the artwork looks much nicer with the bigger size but that's it really. I have the vinyl too but the book version is the nicest looking.

The layout is different so I prefer the cd book.
