Haha that hamsters cute as fuck! (as is the rabbit)
I classify a majority of the human race as vermin, unfortunately the law doesn't give me the leeway to eradicate them.
I keep "vermin" as pets and when I can, I just paint the positives for them.
If you see them from a different perspective, you just may let them get on with their business.
It keeps following the cat (they have terrible eyesight). Does that make you feel a little bit sorry for it? Or put a more human face on vermin?
So I have proof I get loads of animals on my property. My house isn't sinking into the ground, I don't have leprosy or rabies and the only damage is holes in my yard. And I don't give a shit about some holes, because I am a motherfucker.
Just to pester a bit more...
Imagine you are confortably playing with your children in the garden.
Your neighbour have the unpleasant visit of an armadillo, he take his gun and start shooting at the little bastard.
Isn't it more dangerous and harmful to gun it down than the animal itself?
In Europe we prefer traditional weapons to get rid of rabbits and dragons.
s... the closest does not have children, he's a retired parks & recreation services worker, who kills them himself.. though usually with gas!!!!
thank you notuern.. i was just about to make a very similar post.. you've saved me the trouble.Rats, mice and allot of other rodents classified as "vermin" can be wonderful pets.. what you dont seem to understand is the difference between pets & wild animals, or the differences between the different animals.
Armadillos fucking do dig out the foundation of your house if they get the chance, just as badgers might do.
1/6 of the wild Armadillos do carry leprosy, its a scientific fact.
If you have pets, they can be infected with parasites if they bite the Armadillo, or come in contact with its fecal matter.
Nope, its still just an Armadillo.
Your house might not be sinking in to the ground because you dont have animals that dig large enough holes in those areas.
Your argument is so flawed its insane..
"Hey, i have nuclear waste in my basement, but i feel fine, so it cant be harmful!"
Anyways, you fail to see the difference between a rabbit eating on your bushes, a mice making a nest in your attic, a mole digging in your yard, and a leprosy carrying vermin digging out your foundation.

thefyn, sincerely SHUT THE FUCK UP
GET OVER IT
thank you notuern.. i was just about to make a very similar post.. you've saved me the trouble.
and thefyn.. i did mention that a family of wild rabbits live in my yard...i like watching them, and i leave them alone... they stay away from people and my pets, and only come into the yard at night..... i come out and watch them.. i like them. never seen one sign of damage from them.... very unlike the big-ass holes i've had to fill in over the last few years that were directly at the base of my home's support pilings, endangering their stability. if you home is on a slab, then you'll never have those issues, and the pics you've posted lead me to believe this is the case... my home is build on support pilings,,, it's a few feet off the ground... so you don't have the answer for everyone, ok?
don't wanna hear any more crap from you about how this or that animal also carries disease... so do humans, and we don't avoid them either... armadillos ARE nastier and more dangerous than domestic animals (no, they don't attack... but they do dig, and leave dangerous droppings), many other wild animals, and your average person.. it is not irrational to eliminate them from your living environment.
period. end of story. :Smug:
