Yes. You haven't heard anything from those?

No sir. But I loved the track J. sent me last night (off the elusive album), and that's good enough for me to just buy them all.

@Ellestin: yeah? Let's figure out what all 3 would cost w/ shipping to the U.S., and maybe I'll take you up on this offer by Friday when I get paid.

:worship:

ya, the Aes Dana I heard was darker than Heol Telwen. Aes Dana didn't do much for me, surprisingly.

The folk instruments in Aes Dana are HORRIBLY integrated into the metal sound. It sounds almost completely detached to me, and hence neither aspect can hold my interest. So I sold it to Thanatopsis123.

Aes Dana are a terrific live act. Their latest album "Formors" was slightly disappointing. Three superior tracks to start with then the inspiration crumbles down. "La Chasse Sauvage" is still a favourite.

Yeah, Adipocere has had things I've wanted but I've never ordered from them for reasons like that. We need a European RC'er with Paypal to buy Errances for us with a Euro-check. :)

Europeans don't use checks that much. I've never even seen one in my entire life.

A couple of points:

I was going to start a thread on Bran Barr tonight!! And I still will!!

Also, regarding Adipocere Records, order away. They were sending us promos at one point. I bought my Arcane Sun and all the Diabolical Masquerade albums from them, and I had zero problems. They always have some cool rare shit.

I like the lone Bran Barr album. Fun and quirky, but fairly dark as well. I do prefer their other band, Nydvind. Their "Eternal Winter Domain" album is nice.

Both bands should have a new one out in '06, along with the new Belenos.

I'm not worried about them ripping me off, I'm worried about their website being 0% encrypted. I just can't put my credit card # into the site in good confidence.

And they sent you the right CDs? Amazing...

Yeah, after they found someone who could speak English. :tickled: Otherwise, my stuff turned up in two weeks, and it was ultra-rare CDs that I couldn't find anywhere else so I thought it was worth the 'effort'.
