Anyone using this? Interesting site creates a profile of everything
you listen to via a free plug-in for your MP3 player (supports Winamp,
Windows Media Player, QCD, etc...); then you can get recommendations
and meet people with similar musical tastes. It doesn't always work
100%, they are still working out some bugs but it's pretty cool most of the
time. Here's my profile, I'm rather new to it so I haven't built up a totally
accurate profile yet -

Very cool, I knew there had to be someone else from
the forum on there!

I'll add you into my network list -

You guys did me a favor, reminded me to get some Symphony X in
the mix!

I added you in my network as well T.J.

Thanks,

Neal

Cool list, more bands I don't yet have
integrated, Tad Morose, Balance of Power,
Vision Divine - I need to get listening *lol*

It's interesting to look at all the different
musical tastes in the network section, some
really weird combinations!

Cheers,

Neal

Yeah, I've been using it for almost a year now, with a few breaks when it was having some bugs.

I really like the new Weeklly Artist/Song chart. Generally the overall chart doesn't reflect your current favorite bands (Dream Theater.....definitely not), but the Weekly Artist chart is really accurate.

Right, sometimes you're just in the mood for a certain band so
you play them an inordinate amount of time; my overall artist chart
hasn't updated since July 4th...

My overall artist chart hasn't updated since July 2. Audioscrobbler is slow for me sometimes, but it gets the job done eventually.
