Audix ADX51s any good for OHs?

Looking at grabbing this set...

in order to start tracking ourselves with my band, wondering if it's worth the extra $1100 to get the SCX overheads/hat mic with this set...

Are those ADX51s any good? Anyone ever use 'em? I'm 90% sure it's overkill for our purposes to spend that much extra cash on the Elite 8 set for just an extra hat mic and better OHs, but if the ADX51s are complete shit then I'll have to look into it more... I know Audix has a reputation for making some extremely great mics so I think I'd be okay with the DP7, but I figured I'd come here for opinions!

I think you'd be better off spending that 1100 on something proven to be great, like the AKG C451 or a pair of 414's, and use the pencils that cheaper kit comes with on hat/ride.

That said, I believe James Murphy has tried them - maybe he'll chime in.
