As some of you might have read, I had this ground loop issue, when connecting my Axe FX to the Poweramp of the Orange OR15. I partially solved the problem now, by putting the axe fx on the amp instead of running a cable from the axe (on the desk) to the amp.

Anybody got a solution how I could put the axe back on the desk, without the ground noise? It's pretty annoying to tweak patches without Axe Edit, sitting on the floor..

No, they're connected to seperate outlets, when the axe is on the desk. I'll try if that's causing the problem, if so it wouldn't be that hard to fix, I guess :)
Yes, I discovered that the axe has a ground lift switch and tried that, but it didn't work.

I've never had any problem of the sort. Possibly because I run my Axe from a Furman power conditioner. I have ZERO noise issues. I also use Mogami cables. Couldn't hurt to ask at the Fractal website. Maybe someone there has experienced the issue?
