Hey all, been a while since my last post
Got in an SM7B a few weeks ago and this past week has been spent playing around with it, hehe. First off was an Alestorm cover where I got my feet a bit wet, and now I just rounded off a new mix where I put a bit more effort into the mixing/singing.
Was looking for some pointers on how the vox sit in context to my mix. Perhaps on vocal technique too (I've not sung much before, maybe while driving down the road during my 1.5 hour commute, so I'll admit to getting bored and having a try at breathing/control exercises. Trying to get to the point of finding my sound without exerting much umph and killing my throat.
Looking forward to your opinions!
